NEXCARE

2024.
Art Director/Designer.

A longtime household name in the first aid and health care market, Nexcare tasked the team with a mission to reposition the brand’s Thin & Transparent Acne Patch as they look to expand their name into the world of cosmetics.

This is how we aimed to help the client enter a whole new game with their acne patch product.

RAMPING UP SOCIAL CONTENT

Social media is where most competitors in the acne patch category promote their products. By increasing social posting, both organic and paid, the client can reach a new demographic.

:30 TV SPOT

This video advertisement follows a young girl throughout her life, a new breakout occurring each phase of her life. She remembers that there’s Nexcare and uses the Thin & Transparent Acne Patch on the affected area.

INTERACTIVE IN-store promotion

The in-store floor stickers sit outside the health sections of stores, guiding customers into the aisles where the product is sold. At the shelves where the product sits, a small mirror is found allowing customers to look at themselves with a warm message.

THE INSIGHT.

Acne alienates us.

Upon our initial research, we found that the isolating feeling we may get when we break out is common. It’s a stressful feeling that leaves our confidence plummeting. So, we decided to use that universal truth to guide our campaign.

THE TAGLINE.

ACNE AFFECTS US ALL.

The insight allows us to turn a stressful experience into a hopeful and validating one, letting consumers know breakouts get the best of us and that’s why Nexcare is there to save the day. The “Acne Affects Us All” Campaign aims to send an empathizing message to consumers and spread the product’s awareness to a wider demographic.
